No RatMan my band days are a long and far away past... I go to parties or bars and do acoustic with my beloved Martin 12 string for people who love to hear my older raspy voice. Go figure.  What kernel?

I compiled 3.16.2 on my HP laptop. Takes about an hour to actually compile on the i3. Must have that muskie on the brain and borked the name to append to the kernel. Will compile it for the desktop VSIDO tomorrow. Takes about 4 hours to compile on the old single core AMD. Then I get to do the whole nvidia thing - smxi is so good for that!

some i3 -

I always forget there is an equalizer for alsamixer. Anyone use it much?

^ I do not and I will look into the alsa EQ... What I am finding in recording using rec/sox from direct output of pulse using either pithos or GMusicBrowser is to have no EQ going and soften the output and then use an EQ on the other end which is my Nexus and PowerAmp...  I will try the alsa EQ and let you know how it compares.  I have been recording a ton of music, getting that right mix for long bike rides and long walks/runs

Awesomeness!!! VSIDO 3!!!

Still the best there is...
And oh yeah, remember VSIDO is on IRC...

And yes, the email works!   ::)

Are/have you made the "migraine theme" (style?) available somewhere?
The screenshots are beautiful.
I'm pretty light sensitive, even though I stopped having migraines after rolling an SUV.

@jeffreyC, no I haven't made a theme.  Basically I'm just using the "Black and Blue" theme with "Caviar Dreams" for the font.  Migraines suck, so yeah I've tried to make the computer as eye friendly as I possibly can.  Seems the dark grays - dark blues are best for me...

@lwfitz or anyone who wants the challenge...

This will be the new login screen in the future...

I would like an image of what is there now EXCEPT Username: and white login space to replace the current banner that is here now on the website

The current banner dimensions are 586*238

I also prefer RGB 1 layer gimp design... :D

So to be clear you want similar to that image minus the username and login spot? with these dimensions  586*238?
