Decided to keep openbox around for a while so went ahead and configured it:

So very cool PackRat...  :)

Would you like to 'own' the OpenBox side of VSIDO?  I mean the configuration and setup OOTB...

I like OB and i3 but really do not care enough about either to test and tweak and get perfect... Dizzie and others are helping with i3 and I think you would be perfect for OB if you would

It would be a great help

i've been trying to take it easy.

nothing much more geeky than a few minor colour tweaks to my emacs.

oh, and...
font is "nirc1", the rc1 will be dropped once i'm happy with it.  was originally called neet, then nete, then thought i should adopt a more conventional release name system. ^_^  might end up calling the final one nee.  havnt decided.

heh, funny u should say that.
last night i restarted my x server for first time in ages.  all 9 workspaces were rather loaded, and my firefox session had 720 tabs.   now i'm down to just two apps open (emacs and firefox) and only a dozen(ish) tabs in firefox.

(ps, tho in my experience, i get more anxious with less stuff-noise around me... i know that's contrary to the convention others seem to experience, but such is me)

Oooooh! Nice dizzie, very elegant. I have a Halley Berry Cat woman that blends into my dark desktop. Yours would fit in nicely too.
