yes, it's just a desktop switcher that sits in the system tray. Desktop can be changed by mouse click, but IMO the app is too small for mouse clicking - and I can't get the geometry option working; switching desktops with key binding is way more efficient. Also, since tint2 can be configured to look and act like a pager, no need to use neap with tint2. And tint2 configured as a pager is much more useful in *box or fvwm. I checked out neap because of the previous discussion in the wm configuration thread.
I'm getting the feeling this was someone's exercise in learning python and was released as an open source project.
No need to include it in any releases; no value added.
If someone knows python, maybe the source could be hacked so that the pager can reside on the desktop, or in the slit/dock/harbor, and the geometry could be adjusted. Then it would be a nice alternative to older apps like fbpager.
