Hi Neon_Riots and welcome to VSIDO.......
PROBLEM #1
To move conky over to the right of your primary screen we need to determine which screen you want as primary (right or left).
From a terminal run
medit ~/.conkyrc
and that will bring up the default conky config
# .conkyrc - Edited from various examples across the 'net
# Used by VastOne on #!
# Create own window instead of using desktop (required in nautilus)
#own_window yes
#own_window_type normal
#own_window_transparent no
#own_window_hints undecorated,below,sticky,skip_taskbar,skip_pager
# Use double buffering (reduces flicker, may not work for everyone)
double_buffer yes
# fiddle with window
use_spacer right
# Use Xft?
use_xft yes
xftfont LaudatioC:size=12.5
xftalpha 0.9
text_buffer_size 2048
# Update interval in seconds
update_interval 1
# This is the number of times Conky will update before quitting.
# Set to zero to run forever.
total_run_times 0
# Use double buffering (reduces flicker, may not work for everyone)
double_buffer yes
# Minimum size of text area
#minimum_size 1024 0
#maximum_width 1024
# Draw shades?

# Draw borders around text

# Stippled borders?

# Default colors and also border colors

#default_outline_color grey
own_window_colour 000000
# Text alignment, other possible values are commented
#alignment top_middle
alignment top_left
#alignment top_right
#alignment bottom_left
#alignment bottom_right
# Gap between borders of screen and text
# same thing as passing -x at command line
gap_x 0
gap_y 5
minimum_size 1700 29
maximum_width 1700
# Subtract file system buffers from used memory?

# set to yes if you want all text to be in uppercase

# number of cpu samples to average set to 1 to disable averaging

${image $HOME/images/debian2.png -s 36x36 -p 1,-1} ${color 73AEB4}Kernel${color 7D8C93} $kernel ${color 73AEB4} Uptime ${color lime green}${uptime_short} ${color 73AEB4} CPU ${color 7D8C93}${cpu cpu0}% ${color 73AEB4}MEM ${color 7D8C93}${memperc}% ${mem} / ${memmax} ${color 73AEB4} CPU ${color 7D8C93}${platform f71882fg.2560 temp 2}° ${color 73AEB4} MB ${color 7D8C93}${platform f71882fg.2560 temp 1}° ${color 73AEB4} ${color 73AEB4}HD${color 7D8C93} ${execi 5 hddtemp -n /dev/sda}° ${color 73AEB4}NET${color 7D8C93} ${voffset 1}${downspeedgraph eth0 12,70 000000 ff0000} ${upspeedgraph eth0 12,70 000000 00ff00}
Now find the lines
# Text alignment, other possible values are commented
#alignment top_middle
alignment top_left
#alignment top_right
#alignment bottom_left
#alignment bottom_right
You will then comment out
alignment top_left
and uncomment the position you want your conky to appear
Example:
# Text alignment, other possible values are commented
#alignment top_middle
#alignment top_left
alignment top_right
#alignment bottom_left
#alignment bottom_right
and that will put conky over at the top right or your dual monitor setup
Then you will need to adjust the position of conky to the exact position you want with these lines
# Gap between borders of screen and text
# same thing as passing -x at command line
gap_x 0
gap_y 5
X- adjusts your right/left position
Y- adjusts your up/down position
PROBLEM #2, #3 and #4
If your in Xfce you will right click to show your menu and the click settings/settings manager.
Now open session and startup and then go to the autostart tab.
Uncheck both tint2 options and the kill Xfce-4 panel option. Logout and back in and you should be good.
If your using Openbox then you will need to do this in the Openbox autostart config by running
medit ~/.config/openbox/autostart.sh
and that will bring up
## Openbox autostart.sh
## ====================
## More information about this can be found at:
## http://openbox.org/wiki/Help:Autostart
## Enable power management
#xfce4-power-manager &
## Start Thunar Daemon
#thunar --daemon &
##Start Compositor
##Basic Compositor - UnComment the next line and Comment the defualt out to switch
#(sleep 3s && compton -cC -G -b) &
##Less Basic Compositor - UnComment the next line and Comment the defualt out to switch
#(sleep 3s && compton -cC -fF -I 0.065 -O 0.065 -D 6 -m 0.8 -G -b) &
## compton
compton --config ~/.compton.conf &
## Set desktop wallpaper

## Launch panel
tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rc &
(sleep 3s && tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rcallbtm) &
## Start xscreensaver
#xscreensaver -no-splash &
## Start volumeicon after a slight delay
(sleep 3s && volumeicon) &
## Start Conky after a slight delay
#(sleep 3s && conky) &
(sleep 3s && ~/Conky/conky_start.sh) &
## Gmusic Browser
(sleep 3s && gmusicbrowser) &
And you will comment out
## Launch panel
tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rc &
(sleep 3s && tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rcallbtm) &
So it looks like
## Launch panel
#tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rc &
#(sleep 3s && tint2 -c /usr/local/bin/.tint2oblaunchers/tint2rcallbtm) &
Then add this to the bottom of that file
