File name is menu.py runs from /usr/local/bin in fluxbox startup

It is the gtk Volume Control for tint2 created by misko_2083

Anyway, that was a quick fix, removing guest utils will do the job. No need for that on metal.
sudo apt purge virtualbox-guest-x11 virtualbox-guest-utils virtualbox-guest-dkms
