While listening to Lou Reed no less :o
I was reading where there is a mini-series or Lord of the Rings type project in the works for the Dark Tower series (we're both talkin' Stephen King books, right?). Rather ambitious project.
Some i3 -

messing with stumpwm the last couple days has made me appreciate the elegance of fluxbox and i3 all the more.
Edit - this is more what I was looking for in a manual tiling wm:

Perfection as usual VastOne!
^ As long as it works and if you go out to the garage and come back and it is all messed up, 3 minutes and 26 seconds later it is installed again
Works for me

Playing some Robin Trower after connecting to VSIDO NFS server on the desktop.
hello dizzie - hope you're doing well.
All the bad weather here in New England, decided to go back to arclance's weather script for the radar and satellite imagery. Right side Conky is based on McLovin's bars. GMusicBrowser layout by VastOne. And, lest anyone wonder, distro by VastOne as well...

Slowly, but steady :) Thanks!
Got my 'Black and Blue' back! My favorite theme for Fluxbox. Very easy on the eyes, as well as being very visually appealing. It is attached if anyone would like to have it! For it to work properly, DO NOT install it to the ~/.themes directory. Be sure to put it in /usr/share/themes.
Clean;

And I love the fact that you can see Denmark on that globe :D
Share wallpaper please?
Thanks! Get it here (http://en.zimagez.com/zimage/abstractworld.php)...
Thanks for the heads up PackRat! 8)

My powersupply went out with a loud bang (TWWSS joke is allowed, Jedi and VastOne!) and took my harddrive and graphiccard with it in the fall.
Got a new and shiny SSD ordered and delivered to me yesterday, and i'm sure I have some sort of a powersupply somewhere. As for graphicscard?
mhm Onboard thingamabob till i decide what card to go with (Had a 640GT, so meh. Some card in the $200 range would be good. Recommendations welcome)
^dizzie - :D
how big IS your SSD (twss) 8)

It's bigger on the inside! ;D

All fixed :)
Got a cheap 640Gt up for grabs ;D
Other than my PSU killing my GPU and harddisk, no :)
Minor tweaks - removed the clock from conkyrc, and replaced xclock in the taskbar with an FvwmScript for date and time:

Going to delve into FvwmScript some more. I have scripts for the battery % and cpu temps; if I can write my own for uptime, cpu%, mem%, and/or network traffic, I can replace conky and have an all Fvwm desktop.
Wow PackRat, that is really awesome! Might have to try me some Fvwm...
Love that look...
thanks
Getting the FvwmScripts set up was a bit easier than I thought it would be -
(http://s29.postimg.org/3oud6yjhf/February_1424481888_1366x768.jpg) (http://postimg.org/image/3oud6yjhf/)
Direct link (http://s29.postimg.org/6vowql3xj/February_1424481888_1366x768.jpg)
but the memory hit is a bit high - pushing double digits just idling; stuck with conky for now.
Edit - my mistake; my equation to calculate memory includes the buffer and cache memory; recalculate for just the RAM like conky and memory % at idle remains 5.x %.
This is more like it - all system information from FvwmScript; battery and clock in the taskbar so they are un-obscured:

^ Nice... we may never see the sub 2:30 you hit once with the old installer, but 3:26 is a keeper!
Nice one jedi.
I'm about to do a new install myself this weekend. Let's see what I can come up with on this comp. 8)
@jedi - nice; what are the specs on that particular computer?
some fvwm - system information is mostly xosview; two FvwmScripts for uptime and cpu temp.
