Title: wicd lost after dist-up

lost wicd-gtk and all the python dependencies...  Just a warning to anyone using wireless on wicd, so far I've been unable to get wicd to reinstall.  This is not an issue for me, but for those with little CLI experience, or no DE, or 'Network managing' front-ends, you may be in trouble...

Several python apps will be removed during this python transition.. This is similar to the Perl Jams we have seen in the past.. It is best to wait on any dist-upgrades until it is passes (couple of days)... In your case, after python conversions pass, just reinstall what was removed

Nice to hear.. I did a dist-upgrade today and all went well
