Would it be possible to have a grub 'copytoram' option?
Found the simple answer for Debian, add 'toram' to the boot command line (press TAB at boot screen) :)
Make sure you have enough RAM.
Checked this with latest VSIDO...works well.
Perhaps the option 'Copy to RAM' could be added to a future release GRUB menu 8)
