Post by: ozitraveller on May 27, 2013, 10:20:00 PM
Install went well, but no wifi, will have to re-apply drivers. :(

Yes, upgraded Kernel, had some issues myself.  Lost some of the 'sensor' outputs to my Conky, and had to reinvent the wheel to get my keyboard backlight working again.
My wifi still worked fine.  I got my 'sensor' issues resolved by adding the following 'acpi_osi=' to the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet init=/lib/systemd/systemd nomodeset nouveau.modeset=0 acpi_osi=" and then running update-grub.

No changes in sensors here ... all conkys working as written.

wifi not an issue - cable connect.

Seems fine, been running it since shortly after noon, although I get the feeling it's a bit more CPU intensive.  Could be me though.

@ jedi, what was the changes to sensors you had to make?

I have been using it since it became available and have not seen any issues

Edit - I now see what you had to do to the sensors to work
