How To : Run Firefox Nightly

This How To is for anyone wanting to run Firefox nightly or Firefox branded browser

1: Download your version from the nightly builds here

2: Extract the file to /home/yourusername ...  Done correctly, the extraction will now be /home/yourusername/firefox

3: Run

Code Select Expand

/home/yourusername/firefox/firefox

If you get an error stating another instance of Firefox is running, rename /home/yourusername/.mozilla to /home/yourusername/.mozilla_old and run Firefox again

I am running version 31.0a1 (2014-03-24) now without issues... One bonus of running Firefox is that the auto update works perfectly everytime you start it
