  • Went back to refracta installer and snapshot tools with a new update. VSIDO Installer now has three options. The standard option, the option with swap and again the option to have full refracta options. I still use both refracta and remastersys build tools and they are both available on any VSIDO iso
  • Updated all applications to the latest SID levels

  • Removed necessity for sysvinit by resolving the live-config requirements. The solution was to install live-config-systemd replacing live-config-sysvinit which allowed for the complete removal and dependency of sysvinit in VSIDO
  • Updated all applications to the latest SID levels

  • Corrected an error where live-config was leaving behind autologin settings from the LiveCD Install causing all tty sessions to fail. (Thanks dizzie!)

  • Updated to latest Debian SID kernel – 4.2.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.2.1-2 (2015-09-27)
  • Updated GMusicBrowser to latest git version
  • Updated all applications to the latest SID levels

After a long delay (90 days) waiting for the fallout of gcc 5+ to settle, I have created, tested and uploaded the latest ISO’s.  These are 100 MiB larger than the previous ISO’s but still well below the 720 MiB CD limit.  I expect the size to continue to fall as more developers push out changes to the stock apps.  Both ISO’s are approximately 100 MiB larger than the previous release

  • Updated GMusicBrowser to latest git version
  • Updated Tint2 to version 0.12
  • Corrected an issue with sfetch (screenfetch) … I am still working on archey to correct those
  • Updated all applications to the latest SID levels
