Both ISO’s were updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Updated the kernel to the latest SID kernel 3.11-1
  • Reconstructed the OpenBox environment with help from PackRat
  • Corrected muz on the 32 bit
  • Installed locales-all per dizzie
  • Updated to latest SID levels

The 64 Bit ISO was updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Installed dmenu from a build by statmonkey
  • Installed console-data (dizzie)
  • Installed firmware-brcm80211
  • Corrected the Iceweasel settings so that all add ons now load and work, and installed a new default persona
  • updated to latest SID levels

The 64 Bit ISO was updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Brought back XFCE 4.10 and WICD. This decision was based on customer input (inexperienced users).  ceni is still available for we geeks (or you can go real hardcore and edit /e/n/i)
  • Installed lshw (could have sworn it was part of Debian base tools)
  • Installed firmware-realtek for realtek wifi support out of the box
  • updated to latest SID levels

The 64 Bit ISO was updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Installed i3 as a WM joining FluxBox and OpenBox – Now known forever as dizzie’s baby!
  • Installed rxvt-unicode moc lua ttf-inconsolata and all i3 recommended apps to support i3
  • updated to current SID levels

Both ISO’s were updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Did a complete revamp of the 64 bit ISO removing mass amount of cruft and getting it down to 537 MiB.  Thanks to entropy for his dedicated scrubbing of the data and the push to get it done!
  • Installed, configured and made lxpanel the default panel. Again a thank you to ectropy for the push to a configurable panel setup. Tint2 is still there and available for anyone to use
  • Installed plait – Digit!
  • Installed vrms – Digit!
  • Added apt-xapian-index to VSIDO-Welcome – ectropy
  • Corrected Synaptic config settings – ectropy
  • Added Geany back – Forum feedback
  • Added Lxterminal – ectropy
  • Added Tea – ectropy
  • Removed Puddletag – ectropy
  • Added ncdu – ectropy
  • Changed fonts to smaller non Kindergarten sizes – ectropy
  • Corrected image sizes
  • Changed the download locations to https://sourceforge.net/projects/vsido/files/?source=navbar

Both ISO’s were updated, built, installed, tested and uploaded today with no issues

  • Updated to latest SID kernels 3.10-3 / 3.10.11-1
  • Changed and corrected the scrot setup
  • Corrected the SpaceFM Icon
  • Updated to current SID levels
