(Solved) A question regarding Digikam
« on: February 15, 2014, 11:52:09 PM »
Hi All

As stated a question about Digikam. Why is it that when I pointed my images folder to where they are on my system Digikam failed to locate them yet when I removed the pointer and simply added the collection point
Code: [Select]
sdax on /media/sdax-ata-WDC_.......
it found them. I had set fstab to
Code: [Select]
/dev/sdax    /home/......../images
Have I got something wrong ?
Cheers :D

Hi All

Got there in the end. It was a question of ownership in the end, set all the permissions to read / write and it all works now  :D
Cheers :D
